Outstanding Service

Outstanding service, care and attention from a good, honest family firm who ensured the experience of buying my first 'future classic' was everything I hoped for. I'm now a proud owner of a beautiful V12 XJS thanks to Ben and his father at Britannia. After a 180 mile drive home and then a thorough shake down by my Jaguar Specialist in Surrey we managed to find a small oil leak and a problem with the accumulator plus a few niggles which I was prepared to deal with. However, Ben saw differently and asked me to give his details to the specialist so that he can be invoiced for all the repairs, which Britannia paid for (a pretty sum) without me reaching for my card! Its clear that reputation really mattered and they wanted me to 'feel good' about my purchase. It certainly did and for me, it put Dinnington on the map! Thank you Ben and Ian.
